Breathe in, drop into the body and move through the sacred geometrical postures of a 40 minute Hatha yoga stretch, strengthen, and slow flow. All levels welcome. Open class with modifications to poses as needed. Please feel free to bring your tea, coffee or water. We will do approximately 30 minutes of yoga to allow for a 10 minute Savasana.
